Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 2026  |  Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to ADHDcare.online (“ADHDcare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ADHDcare.online website, applications, software, assessments, educational materials, reports, artificial intelligence features, clinician tools, parent and caregiver tools, teacher tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using ADHDcare.online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Important Medical and Clinical Disclaimer

ADHDcare.online does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or independently manage attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or any other medical, psychiatric, psychological, developmental, or behavioral health condition.

ADHDcare.online is designed to provide educational information, assessment and screening tools, symptom and functional tracking, data organization, progress monitoring, communication tools, and other supportive resources.

Information generated, displayed, summarized, analyzed, or otherwise provided through ADHDcare.online is intended to supplement—not replace—the independent clinical judgment, professional expertise, evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations of a qualified healthcare professional.

For Patients, Parents, and Caregivers

  • ADHDcare.online should not be used as a substitute for consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician, nurse practitioner, psychologist, therapist, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
  • Do not start, stop, increase, decrease, or otherwise change a medication or treatment plan based solely upon information provided by ADHDcare.online.
  • Questions regarding diagnosis, medications, treatment, symptoms, side effects, or changes in a medical or mental health condition should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

For Healthcare Professionals

  • ADHDcare.online is intended to support—not replace—professional clinical judgment.
  • Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, relevance, completeness, and clinical significance of information presented through the Services and for making all diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, monitoring, referral, and other clinical decisions.
  • No score, report, recommendation, alert, summary, comparison, artificial intelligence output, or other information generated by ADHDcare.online should substitute for a clinician’s independent professional judgment and clinical expertise.

2. Screening and Assessment Tools Are Not Diagnoses

ADHDcare.online may provide access to screening instruments, rating scales, questionnaires, symptom trackers, and assessment tools, including ADHD-related rating scales.

Scores or results produced by these tools do not, by themselves, establish a diagnosis of ADHD or any other condition.

ADHD diagnosis requires an appropriate clinical evaluation that may include clinical history, assessment of symptoms and functional impairment, consideration of symptoms across settings, developmental and medical history, evaluation of alternative explanations, assessment of co-occurring conditions, and other information considered appropriate by the evaluating healthcare professional.

A positive, elevated, or abnormal screening result does not necessarily mean that an individual has ADHD. Likewise, a normal or low score does not necessarily exclude ADHD or another condition.

3. Educational Information

Information available through ADHDcare.online is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Although we strive to provide useful and evidence-informed information, medical and behavioral health knowledge changes over time. We do not guarantee that every educational resource will reflect the most recent research, professional guideline, regulatory action, or treatment recommendation.

Educational information provided through the Services should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features

ADHDcare.online may use artificial intelligence (“AI”), algorithms, automated scoring, data analysis, pattern recognition, or other computerized technologies to organize information, identify trends, generate summaries, provide educational information, or assist users in understanding data.

AI-generated and automated information may contain errors, omissions, incomplete information, or inaccurate interpretations. AI-generated content is not a medical diagnosis and does not constitute medical advice.

Healthcare professionals must independently review relevant patient information and exercise their own professional judgment before relying upon AI-generated or automated information in connection with patient care.

Patients, parents, caregivers, teachers, and other non-clinical users should discuss clinically significant information generated by ADHDcare.online with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

5. Medication Information

ADHDcare.online may provide educational information concerning medications commonly used in the management of ADHD or related conditions. Such information is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute a prescription, medication recommendation, or individualized treatment plan.

Medication decisions should be made by an appropriately licensed prescribing healthcare professional after considering the individual’s medical history, psychiatric history, medications, allergies, contraindications, risks, benefits, and other relevant clinical factors.

Never start, stop, increase, decrease, or otherwise modify a prescription medication based solely upon information provided through ADHDcare.online.

6. No Clinician-Patient Relationship

Use of ADHDcare.online does not, by itself, create a physician-patient, nurse practitioner-patient, therapist-patient, psychologist-patient, or other healthcare professional-patient relationship between you and ADHDcare.online, its owners, employees, contractors, developers, affiliates, or representatives.

Any professional relationship between a user and an independent healthcare professional is governed separately by that healthcare professional or organization.

7. Not an Emergency Service

ADHDcare.online is not an emergency medical or mental health service and should not be used for emergencies or crisis situations.

The Services are not designed to continuously monitor users for suicidal thoughts, self-harm, violence, abuse, medication reactions, medical emergencies, or other urgent conditions.

If you believe that you or another person may be experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, immediately contact appropriate local emergency services or seek care from the nearest emergency department. Do not rely upon ADHDcare.online to identify or respond to an emergency.

8. Parent, Caregiver, and Teacher Information

ADHDcare.online may allow parents, caregivers, teachers, and other authorized individuals to provide observations regarding a child’s or adolescent’s behavior, symptoms, functioning, academic performance, or other relevant information.

These observations represent the perspective of the person completing the information and should not automatically be considered objective medical findings. Differences between parent, teacher, patient, or clinician observations may occur and can be clinically meaningful.

Healthcare professionals are responsible for determining the significance of information received from different sources.

9. Clinician Tools and Reports

ADHDcare.online may generate clinician-facing reports, summaries, graphs, comparisons, timelines, scores, or other decision-support information. These materials are intended to improve organization and accessibility of information and do not constitute an independent clinical evaluation.

Clinicians should verify relevant information before incorporating ADHDcare.online reports into clinical decision-making or a patient’s medical record.

10. Accuracy of User-Provided Information

The usefulness of ADHDcare.online depends in part upon the accuracy and completeness of information submitted by users. You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not knowingly provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.

ADHDcare.online is not responsible for clinical conclusions or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by users or third parties.

11. Privacy and Health Information

Your use of ADHDcare.online may involve personal, educational, behavioral, or health-related information. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information are addressed in our applicable Privacy Policy and other privacy notices.

Where ADHDcare.online provides services to healthcare organizations subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), additional contractual obligations, including a Business Associate Agreement when applicable, may govern the handling of protected health information. Use of ADHDcare.online does not automatically mean that every user, account, or interaction is subject to HIPAA.

12. Children and Minors

Certain ADHDcare.online features may involve information concerning children or adolescents. Parents, legal guardians, healthcare organizations, schools, and other authorized users are responsible for ensuring that they possess any authorization, consent, or other legal authority required to provide information concerning a minor.

Additional age, parental consent, educational privacy, or other requirements may apply depending upon the user’s location and how the Services are used.

13. User Accounts

Certain Services may require creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to notify ADHDcare.online promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your account. You may not share account credentials in a manner that compromises the security or privacy of another person.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ADHDcare.online to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
  • Access information you are not authorized to access;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
  • Introduce malicious software or code;
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Services except as permitted by law or written agreement;
  • Submit information concerning another person without appropriate authorization;
  • Use ADHDcare.online as the sole basis for diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment decisions; or
  • Violate applicable law or the rights of another person in any manner.

15. Intellectual Property

ADHDcare.online and its original software, design, workflows, graphics, reports, educational materials, branding, algorithms, databases, compilations, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to ADHDcare.online and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party assessment instruments, trademarks, educational resources, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses or usage restrictions. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ADHDcare.online intellectual property to a user.

16. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription or other payment. Applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and refund policies will be disclosed at or before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

17. Third-Party Services

ADHDcare.online may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites, applications, healthcare systems, payment processors, educational resources, or other services. ADHDcare.online does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, privacy practices, security, content, or performance of independent third-party services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

18. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to ADHDcare.online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, cybersecurity events, internet disruptions, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside our control.

ADHDcare.online should not be used as the sole repository for information that must be immediately available for emergency or critical clinical care.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADHDcare.online and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or appropriate for every individual or clinical circumstance. We do not guarantee any particular clinical, educational, behavioral, financial, or health outcome from use of the Services.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADHDcare.online and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Services.

ADHDcare.online is not responsible for independent medical, psychiatric, psychological, educational, prescribing, or treatment decisions made by healthcare professionals, users, parents, caregivers, teachers, schools, or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADHDcare.online and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, or submission of information without appropriate authorization.

22. Changes to the Services or Terms

ADHDcare.online may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the website, application, account, email, or another appropriate method.

The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ADHDcare.online when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, maintain security, prevent misuse, enforce these Terms, or protect the integrity of the Services.

Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time, subject to applicable subscription and account-closure procedures.
